  • Mailchimp / Intuit Inc. (newsletter and marketing campaign service) – with servers located in the United States. Mailchimp adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

  • Shopify Payments / Stripe Inc. (online payments) – with servers located in the United States. Stripe adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Such transfers are made in accordance with Articles 44 and following of the GDPR, as the mentioned companies have adhered to adequacy mechanisms approved by the European Commission.

Minors

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14 years old.
If a parent believes that data has been collected, they can contact us to request immediate deletion.

Competent Court

This notice is subject to Italian law.
For disputes with consumers (B2C), the competent authority is the consumer court.
For B2B sales, the exclusive jurisdiction is the Genova court.
