Terms of Sale

These conditions are valid exclusively between the company Urban Trading Company S.r.l., with registered office at Via rimassa 47/1 16121 Genoa, VAT number 01461350991, hereinafter referred to as "URBAN TRADING", and any person who makes online purchases on the website www.gladstore.it (hereinafter referred to as "CLIENT").

The conditions may be subject to changes and the publication date on the site is equivalent to the effective date.

Subject of the contract

With these general terms of sale, URBAN TRADING sells and the CLIENT purchases remotely the tangible movable goods indicated and offered for sale on the site. The contract is concluded exclusively online, through the CLIENT's access to the site and placing an order according to the provided procedure.

The CLIENT agrees to review the general terms of sale before confirming the order, accepting them by checking the indicated box.

Pre-contractual information for the consumer – art. 49 Legislative Decree 206/2005

Before concluding the contract, the CLIENT reviews the characteristics of the goods on the product sheets and receives information regarding:

  • total price of goods including taxes, with shipping cost details;

  • payment method;

  • conditions, terms, and methods of exercising the right of withdrawal (art. 6), with attached standard form;

  • cost of return in case of withdrawal;

  • existence of the legal warranty of conformity;

  • post-sale assistance conditions and any commercial warranties provided.

The CUSTOMER can access information related to URBAN TRADING at any time, including address, phone number, and email.

Conclusion and effectiveness of the contract

The contract is considered concluded upon sending by URBAN TRADING of an order confirmation email containing:

  • CUSTOMER data and order number;

  • product price, shipping costs, and delivery address;

  • link to print or save a copy of the general conditions.

The CUSTOMER must verify the accuracy of personal data and communicate any corrections.

URBAN TRADING describes products in the best possible way; any differences between images and the actual product do not constitute a contractual element.

Product availability

Product availability is indicative at the time of order. In case of unavailability even after confirmation, the order will be adjusted and the CUSTOMER informed via email.

Payment methods

Payment is made via credit cards indicated on the site or PayPal.
CUSTOMER data is transmitted over secure lines. Credit card payment security is guaranteed through VBV (Verified by VISA) and SCM (Security Code Mastercard) certification.

Prices

All prices are in Euro, including VAT and, if applicable, RAEE contribution.
Shipping costs are indicated at the time of order.

URBAN TRADING may change prices at any time; goods will be invoiced according to the prices at the time of order. In case of obvious pricing error, the order will be canceled and the amount refunded within 14 days.

Right of withdrawal

B2C sales (to final consumers)
In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the CUSTOMER who purchases as a final consumer (i.e., a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity carried out) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the goods, without the need to provide any reason.
The withdrawal must be communicated in writing to Urban Trading Company S.r.l. within the above deadline, according to the methods reported in the “Returns and Refunds” section of these Conditions.

The CUSTOMER can withdraw within 14 days from receipt of the products without penalty and without reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER must send explicit communication via e-mail to amministrazione@utcsrl.it
Products must be returned within 14 days from the day of communication, to amministrazione@utcsrl.it

Return costs are borne by the CUSTOMER.
Products must be intact, in the original packaging, and complete with fiscal documentation and accessories.

URBAN TRADING will refund within 14 days from receipt of the goods or proof of shipment, according to art. 56 D.lgs. 206/2005.

The refund is made in cash using the same payment method chosen by the customer.

 

B2B sales (to VAT holders)
In the case of purchases made by professional CUSTOMERS, holders of VAT numbers and/or operating wholesale (B2B relationships), the right of withdrawal does not apply, pursuant to current legislation, and will therefore not be recognized.
Only the legal warranty for product defects and faults remains valid, within the terms of the law.

I

Legal warranty of conformity

In case of defective or non-compliant products, the CUSTOMER can request repair or replacement within 2 years from delivery and report the defect within 2 months from discovery. The shipping costs for replacement or repair of the "defective" product are borne by the customer.

For defective or non-compliant products, the shipping costs for return, replacement, or repair are borne by Urban Trading Company Srl.

If, after inspection, the product is found to be intact and compliant, without signs of improper use or damage caused by the customer, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

The client is required to return the product complete with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and attached fiscal documentation. Urban Trading Company Srl will refund or replace within 14 days of receiving the product and verifying compliance.

The return request must be sent to amministrazione@utcsrl.it; URBAN TRADING, in case of defective product, will arrange pickup at its own expense subject to CLIENT availability.

Delivery methods

Goods are shipped via express courier to the address indicated by the CLIENT within 10 days from order confirmation. Any delays due to causes beyond Urban Trading Company Srl's control, such as courier malfunctions, strikes, force majeure events, or CLIENT absence at delivery, cannot be attributed to Urban Trading Company Srl.

Liability

URBAN TRADING is not responsible for service disruptions caused by force majeure or network malfunctions. Liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence is not excluded.

Site access and intellectual property

The CLIENT can access the site for browsing and purchases. Any unauthorized commercial use is prohibited. All content is the property of URBAN TRADING and protected by law.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to improve the CLIENT's experience. Consent is required before using non-strictly technical cookies. The CLIENT can disable them through browser settings, but this may prevent online purchases.

Entire agreement

These conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Any invalid provisions do not invalidate the others.

Applicable law and competent court

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by Italian law.

  • Contracts with consumers (B2C):
    In case of purchase made by a final consumer, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 ("Consumer Code"), any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the CLIENT's place of residence or domicile, if located within the territory of the Italian State. For consumer clients residing outside Italy:
    Jurisdiction will be determined based on the applicable law in the consumer's country of residence and current international regulations.

  • Contracts with professional parties (B2B):
    For wholesale sales to parties holding a Partita IVA (resellers, companies, or professionals), any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution, or termination of the contract shall be exclusively submitted to the Court of Genova.
