TERMS OF SALE 

These conditions are valid exclusively between the company Urban Trading Company S.r.l., with registered office at Via Rimassa 47/1, 16121 Genoa, VAT number 01461350991, hereinafter referred to as "URBAN TRADING", and any person making online purchases on the website www.gladstore.it (hereinafter referred to as "CUSTOMER").

The conditions may be subject to changes; the publication date on the website is equivalent to the effective date.

SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

With these general terms of sale, URBAN TRADING sells and the CUSTOMER purchases remotely the tangible movable goods indicated and offered for sale on the website. The contract is concluded exclusively online, through the CUSTOMER's access to the site and placing an order according to the provided procedure.

The CUSTOMER agrees to review the general terms of sale before confirming the order, accepting them by ticking the indicated box.

PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION FOR THE CONSUMER – ART. 49 D.LGS. 206/2005

Before concluding the contract, the CUSTOMER reviews the characteristics of the goods on the product sheets and receives information regarding:

  • total price of goods including taxes, with shipping cost details;
  • payment methods;
  • conditions, terms, and methods for exercising the right of withdrawal (art. 6), with attached standard form;
  • cost of return in case of withdrawal;
  • existence of the legal warranty of conformity;
  • post-sale assistance conditions and any commercial warranties provided.

The CUSTOMER can access information related to URBAN TRADING at any time through the dedicated sections of the website.

CONCLUSION AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CONTRACT

The contract is considered concluded upon sending by URBAN TRADING of an order confirmation email containing:

  • CUSTOMER data and order number;
  • product price, shipping costs, and delivery address;
  • link to print or save a copy of the general terms and conditions.

The CUSTOMER must verify the accuracy of personal data and communicate any corrections.

URBAN TRADING describes products as accurately as possible; any differences between images and the actual product do not constitute contractual elements.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product availability is indicative at the time of order. In case of unavailability even after confirmation, the order will be adjusted and the CUSTOMER informed.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment is made via credit cards listed on the site or PayPal.

CUSTOMER data is transmitted over secure lines. Credit card payment security is guaranteed through VBV (Verified by VISA) and SC Mastercard SecureCode certification.

PRICES

All prices are in Euro, including VAT and, if applicable, WEEE contribution. Shipping costs are indicated at the time of order.

URBAN TRADING may change prices at any time; goods will be invoiced according to the prices at the time of the order. In case of an obvious pricing error, the order will be canceled and the amount refunded within 14 days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

B2C Sales (final consumers)

In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the CUSTOMER who purchases as a final consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods, without needing to provide any reason.

The withdrawal must be communicated through the appropriate contact form available on the website.

Products must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notification.

Return costs are the responsibility of the CUSTOMER. Products must be intact, in the original packaging, and complete with documentation and accessories.

URBAN TRADING will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of shipment, according to art. 56 Legislative Decree 206/2005.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer.

B2B SALES (VAT NUMBER)

In the case of purchases made by professional customers with a VAT number, the right of withdrawal does not apply, pursuant to current regulations.

The legal warranty for defects and faults of the product remains valid within the terms of the law.

LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY

In case of defective or non-compliant products, the CLIENT may request repair or replacement within 2 years of delivery, reporting the defect within 2 months of discovery.

For defective or non-compliant products, shipping costs for return, repair, or replacement are covered by URBAN TRADING.

If the product is intact and compliant, return shipping costs will be borne by the client.

The client must return the product complete with original packaging, accessories, and fiscal documentation.

Assistance requests must be sent via the contact form available on the site.

URBAN TRADING will arrange pickup at its own expense for defective products, subject to the CLIENT's availability.

DELIVERY METHODS

Goods are shipped via express courier to the address provided by the CLIENT within 10 days of order confirmation.

Any delays due to causes beyond URBAN TRADING's control cannot be attributed to the company.

LIABILITY

URBAN TRADING is not responsible for service disruptions caused by force majeure or network malfunctions. Liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence is excluded.

SITE ACCESS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The CLIENT can access the site for browsing and purchases. Any unauthorized commercial use is prohibited. All content is owned by URBAN TRADING and protected by law.

COOKIES

The site uses cookies to improve the CLIENT's experience. Consent is required before using non-technical cookies. The CLIENT can disable them via the browser, but this may limit some features.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Any null clauses do not invalidate the rest.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law.

B2C Contracts

For consumers, jurisdiction is that of the place of residence or domicile of the CLIENT.

B2B Contracts

For professional clients, exclusive jurisdiction is the Court of Genoa.
